[Why are there so many tricolor flags?]

It's not just horizontal tricolor but also vertical tricolor. It seems that the glorious days of coat of arms and glorious symbols are at most over as bars and lines take over in this ever simplifying world as we speak.

2 of the protagonist are from the USSR and from Yugoslavia.

and second the logo has all USSR flag themes. (specially the yellow)

Let me be honest. This is not good but this is awesome considering you drew it in MS Paint! But I am giving it a 4/5 because there are edgy teens who play HOI4 and are shipping USSR with Nazi but this picture has nothing romantic and that is why it deserves a 5/5 but due to the big issue with the ship it loses a star.
